We work predominantly with high-performance teams in corporate settings. Each individual member brings a wealth of experience. But just adding individual experience and expertise has yet to make a great team. We accompany teams from good to magic, sometimes with unusual interventions.
We start most of our team collaborations with some diagnostics – such as individual interviews with the team members and some tests. Then we establish what the individuals want – and need – to be. The team coaching often goes over several months. We sometimes accompany C-level teams for years.
We do Team Coaching in a mix of face-to-face meetings and online sessions.
